Guess it ain't too much different than how this one looks like. We got both backwater small towns and big cities, but they're a damn mess right now without the Mako reactors.

Mako reactors? Sounds very Cold War. What's that about it?

Mako was what we used to use for energy. Through the reactors, it was converted from the Planet's Lifestream, but the overuse almost killed the Planet. Was also pretty dangerous if ya weren't careful with it.

Now we're goin' back to the days of coal and oil for fuel.
